On the afternoon of November 21, a delegation from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) visited Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (ZCMU) for exchange. Samir, Deputy Dean of the Sports Academy and Senior Lecturer of the Faculty of Human Ecology, Razif, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Ernie, Director of the Admissions Office of the School of Business and Economics, Yong Yoke Keong, Professor of the Department of Human Anatomy, Kamil, Cooperate Advisor, Wang Xu, Director of UPMET (China Center), Zhao Li, Deputy Director of UPMET (China Center), and Chen Yanjie, Assistant at the Student Service Center, Wang Ying, Director of the International Relations Office at ZCMU, Zhou Shangcheng, Dean of the School of Humanities and Management, Lou Hangfang, Deputy Dean of the School of Basic Medical Sciences, and Chai Hui, Deputy Dean of the School of Life Sciences attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Jingna, Deputy Director of the International Relations Office.

Director Wang Ying welcomed the delegation from UPM to ZCMU for the visit and exchange. She reviewed the history of cooperation and exchange between ZCMU and UPM. She provided a detailed introduction to the basic situation of ZCMU, expressing the hope for more comprehensive cooperation with UPM in the future. Cooperate Advisor Kamil from UPM thanked ZCMU for the warm reception, introduced the basic situation of UPM, and expressed the desire for further cooperation with ZCMU.

Both sides discussed communications between teachers and students, scientific research cooperation, etc.

In addition, the delegation from UPM also visited the Zhejiang Chinese Medicine Museum.
UPM is a renowned comprehensive research university in Southeast Asia, ranked 158th in the QS World University Rankings for 2024. Over the past three years, nearly 50 students from ZCMU have been selected to exchange and study at UPM.
